Plans & other Benefits

Medical Plan
As a Teranetics employee, you can select a medical plan from Blue Cross HMO, Blue Cross PPO or Kaiser.

Dental Plan
Teranetics offers Delta Premier Dental Plan (PDP), which offers you the freedom to see any dentist you wish. The Delta Dental network includes 45,000 dentists nationwide including more than 10,000 specialists.

Life, AD&D and LTD
Teranetics offers life, accident and disability insurance at no cost to the employee.

Stock Option Plan Incentive
Stock options are granted to all employees.
25% vests after 1 year and 1/48 monthly there after.

Paid Time Off
Paid time off (PTO) is ten (10) days per year.
Teranetics averages ten (10) paid holidays per year.
Sick leave is up to five (5) paid days per year.
